The Sorter Optosonic DIGIT+ SINGLE 90 is the latest development of Loptex, where DIGIT+ refer to the new digital technology by means of dedicated microprocessor fitted on Optical and Sonic electronic cards. This technology grants greatest speed of data handling and stability of all the electronics.
This represents Loptex suggestion for Single line where the production doesn't exceed 600 Kg/h.
This solution gives you the following advantage:
· Highest performance of the Optical Sensor and Sonic Sensor being the material more opened.
· The efficiency of the whole system increases at its maximum level.
· Better accuracy on detection and consistency in results
In the last years, a new concept has been proposed to the world market: the full control of contamination by means of the introduction of a Sorter system after the course opener for the detection and removal of the bulk of contaminant in case of highly contaminated cotton. The purpose of this “coarse removal” is to significant reduce the high rejection rate of the Sorter “fine removal” fitted after the fine cleaner, and assure an effective and smooth cleaning of the cotton.
