Loptex company has participated to the second edition of ITMA ASIA 05 in Singapore. It has been introduced the new OPTOSONIC line, which includes state of the art technology systems for the on-line detection and removal of colour and colourless contamination in cotton blow room line.

A new concept has been proposed to the market: the full control of contamination by means of the introduction of a Sorter system after the coarse opener for the detection and removal of the bulk of contaminants in case of highly contaminated cotton.  The purpose of this “coarse filter” is to significantly reduce the high rejection rate of the Sorter “fine filter” fitted after the fine cleaner, and assure an effective and smooth cleaning of the cotton.
